  • Do we buy from Chinese manufacturers directly, or through your company?
  • You purchase your order through our office in New Jersey so you don't have to deal with overseas issues. Our New Jersey office will then purchase your order from our Chinese manufacturer and get it shipped directly to your location.
  • Do we pay you or pay Chinese manufacturers?
  • To keep things simple, you pay our U.S. company. We do this so you never have to deal with overseas companies directly, and you are able to pay upfront in US dollars.
  • How do we pay you?
  • You can choose from different methods of payment. We accept checks, credit cards, or telephone transfers.
  • What's your price level?
  • All the prices we offer are very competitive to our competitors.
  • How do you guarantee your price is competitive?
  • We have distributor agreements with many manufactures. We are constantly monitoring companies for quality as well as competitive pricing.
  • Who will provide warranty?
  • Global Trade Management will provide the warranty.
  • How long is the warrantee term?
  • We provide a one year warranty, depending on the item.
  • How do you control the quality?
  • Global Trade Management will send people to the manufacturer to conduct an inspection and to ensure the products are satisfactory.
  • Would the unit need to be sent back to China for repair or repaired in U.S.?
  • Repairs will take place in the U.S. Our company has established warranty centers throughout the U.S. to handle warranty issues in a timely manner.
  • How long the repair will take?
  • The time frame may vary, but we recognize we deal with time sensitive items. All repairs will be handled as soon as possible.
  • How about spare parts prices?
  • All of our prices are competitive, including the spare parts required for the repairs.
  • Do you keep items in stock?
  • Yes, we have most items in stock.
  • Are the product manuals in English or in Chinese?
  • The manuals will be available in English, or in both English and Spanish.
  • Do you provide installation/commissioning supervision service?
  • If necessary, we are able to offer this service.
  • Do you provide international shipping service?
  • We will handle all international shipping to make it an easy transaction for your companiy.
  • How about delivery inside U.S.?
  • We are able to provide domestic shipping as well.
  • Do you provide custom clearance service?
  • Yes. We will provide custom clearance services.
  • Who will pay the import tax?
  • Global Trade Management will pay the import tax on your order.
  • What is your company's scope?
  • Our company's main focus is industrial products.
  • Do you export to China?

  • Can you find the products we need, but are not listed on your website?
  • Yes we can, we just need to know what your company requires and we will be able to find your requested products.
  • Can you find a manufacturer in China to manufacture our products according our requirements?
  • Yes we can. Our company has many contacts with different manufacturing plants in China. We will send our engineers to different plants to see if they can handle what you require and also to complete a quality control inspection.
  • Can you have the products labeled in our brand name?
  • Yes, that is not an issue.
