Tubular Pump

Type GZ pump is the updating & upgrading generation of traditional pump-motor unit. The inside of this pump can be submersible and it can work for a long time, it is clean-looking surface, a series of advantages that other pumps do not possess make it  more outstanding than traditional pumps. The pump is suitable for the case of low-head & large capacity and the inlet diameter of over 600mm. It is widely used for agriculture irrigation, water supply & drainage in factories, mines, docks, cites and power stations. It is the best suitable for flood control works, sewage drainage projects and drain flooded fields. It is used to transfer clear water or other liquid that is physically and chemically similar to clear water. The temperature of the liquid can not  be over 50℃.

56 —Nominal outlet diameter of pump is 56 inch (1400mm).

GZ —Tubular pump.

Construction

The pump is horizontally installed under water level in intake pool, it is not necessary to supply water when the pump-motor unit is starting-up. The pump casing is made of double-deck barrels, the motor and the gearbox provided for the large size pump are located in internal barrel, the channel between internal barrel and external barrel is water channel. Sometimes the outside of the motor and the gearbox  provided for the middle-large pump is designed to concrete channel. The pump pipeline is less crooked from the inlet to the outlet, it is made of short pipes, so it has less pipeline losses, the comprehensive efficiency of the pump device is relatively higher.

The pump house is generally underground, movbale parst of the pump are above pump-motor unit, so the whole pump house is clean-tidy.

Impeller: ZG310-570,  ZG1Cr13Ni1,  ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo.

Shroud: ZG1Cr13.

Casing:  Cast iron.
